Retrofit incentive for existing homes and buildings
Grants are available to property owners who complete energy efficiency retrofits based on a licensed and independent energy advisors' recommendations. Owners of residential rental properties may also qualify for a grant. Owners of small and medium-sized buildings in the commercial and institutional sectors can receive up to 25 percent of eligible project costs or $50,000 per project.
